Brief
Biography
Realising a career as a
fashion-footwear buyer did not combine well with two
young children, I returned to writing and have been freelancing since 1998. Originally
from New Zealand, I spent eleven years living in Melbourne before moving to
Sydney in 1993.
I enjoy writing on a wide range of subjects for varied audiences and as a
photographer can supply images to accompany my articles.
My work has been published (or is scheduled to be published) in magazines, trade publications, newspapers
and ezines in Australia, New Zealand, America, England, South Africa, Singapore,
Fiji
and Papua
New Guinea.
I take pride in producing articles that inform, entertain and inspire and
always meet requirements of word count and deadline. I am a member of the
Australian Journalists' Association, the Australian
Society of Travel Writers, New Zealand Travel Communicators (Travcom), the NSW Writers' Centre and the Society
of Women Writers NSW.
